8 week program facilitated by the VON that explores the effects grief has on our bodies, memories, daily lives and relationships. Fridays 1:30-3pm Oct 2-Nov 29
VON's Journey Through Grief provides a compassionate and supportive space for individuals who are grieving the death of someone important to them. Through education, discussion, and reflection, participants explore the many ways grief can affect daily life, learn healthy coping strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of their unique grief journey. The program fosters connection, support, and hope while navigating life after loss. It runs Fridays from Oct 9th- Nov 27th at the Tillsonburg library 1:30-3pm
