Lindsey Ambrus Mejaski has joined the race for a seat on Tillsonburg council. A wife, mother of three, small business owner and volunteer, Mejaski tells Oxford Today she hopes her lack of political experience is a plus saying she believes council could use a fresh perspective.
Mejaski is soliciting feedback from residents to add to her campaign platform which includes ensuring Tillsonburg has safe streets, support for vulnerable residents, strong recreational programs for all ages, quality facilities and affordability as well as responsible spending. The nomination deadline for the 2026 Municipal Election is Friday, August 21 at 2:00 p.m.
