Mental health resources and programs in Tillsonburg

World Mental Health Week highlights a range of local supports in Tillsonburg and nearby communities, including counselling, youth mental health services, addiction treatment, and community wellness programs. 24/7 crisis help is also available through Reach Out and Kids Help Phone, alongside events this week focused on stress relief, connection, and mental well-being.

Art Therapy for Seniors: Join us at the Princeton Library on May 5th from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Rosanne Braund, certified Art Therapy Practitioner and artist, will be there for a monthly gathering focused on creativity and painting. CMHA Wellness Social Group: Join Canadian Mental Heath Association workers at the Tillsonburg Library from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on May 7th to have social time, access resources, and find support in times of need or crisis. The group is held bi-weekly on Thursday mornings.
