Today: The History of Rock & Roll takes the stage at Walter Music Venue through July 11th. Take a thrilling ride through the decades with the one and only Johnny Rogers and his incredible band! You will hear music from the era of Elvis, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, and beyond with this show. More details here!
Today: Join the Tillsonburg Library for Art in the Park from 10 to 11 a.m. at Coronation Park. Listen to a read aloud of The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds, followed by an under the sea dot art activity.
Today: The Tillsonburg Senior Centre will welcome Oxford County Archives for a talk about growing up in Tillsonburg and many of the local landmarks and some of the changes seen over the years. It runs from 11 to noon. More details here.
Today: Culture After Hours is taking place at Station Arts Centre from 4 to 7 p.m. Culture After Hours is a new late-night Arts and Culture initiative, in partnership with the Annandale National Historic Site and Station Arts Centre, offering the community expanded access to exhibitions, creativity, and cultural experiences beyond regular hours.
Tomorrow: Thamesford Library invites you to join them for a reptile adventure from 1:00 - 2:00pm! Incredible reptiles from around the world are featured, as the staff from Massausga Imports introduce a variety of fascinating species. Learn about reptile biology, ecology, and the important role these animals play in their ecosystems. Reptiles are for viewing only and not available for handling.
Tomorrow: Come watch a family-friendly movie, colour and eat snacks after-hours at the Tillsonburg Library! This month, they will be screening "Hoppers," a Disney/Pixar animated film about Mabel, an animal-loving student who uses new technology to transfer her consciousness into a lifelike robotic beaver. Movie starts at 6:00 p.m., and family registration is required.
