Today: Bring the little ones to the Thamesford Library for Musical Moments with Miss Gail from 10:30 - 11:00am. Miss Gail will provide a fun morning of songs and stories. Recommended for ages 0-6.
Today: Doug the Great is coming for a Juggling and Magic Show to celebrate the Summer Reading Club at the Embro Library from 1 pm - 2pm. Doug is an accomplished magician and juggler, with over 40 years of experience. This program will take place in Thistle Theatre, above the library. Registration is required. Drop-ins not permitted. Today: Cheesy Cow Company is offering an opportunity to sample cheese on a larger scale, but also something to enjoy with someone special. Select from a variety of local or international cheese, or allow the cheese mongers to surprise you. Tastings offer 4-5 different varieties of cheese and pairings such as pickles, crackers and dried or fresh fruits. It happens from 2:30pm to 4pm, and for information about booking, you can call (519) 788-7058.
Tomorrow: It's Movie Night at the Princeton Library. Show time is 6pm. Big Fish stars Ewan McGregor, Albert Finney, and Jessica Lange, and is rated PG, recommended for ages 13+.
Tomorrow: A fun night of paint-along painting is happening for Squishy’s Embrace adult paint night at the Innerkip Library from 6 to 7pm. Plumb the depths of your artistic side at an easy-to-follow paint along where all materials will be provided.
Tomorrow: Berrylicious Fruit Farm in Burgessville is holding their Date Night Picnic in the Patch from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. As the sun begins to set over the farm, you’ll experience a tasting tour of berries at the peak of freshness, and then head to the fields to pick your own blueberries, followed by a delicious 3 course picnic. You'll also take home a recipe card, so you can recreate a reminder of the experience at home.
