Today: If you're a budding writer, a Writer’s Circle is being held at Norwich Library from 5:00-6:30 pm, where you can exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and celebrate your achievements, and get a chance to inspire and be inspired on your writing journey! Teens and adults are welcome.
Today: It's Anime Art Night for Teens at the Tillsonburg Library! From 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., come and follow the steps to create a well-known Anime character, using different art mediums, using pastels and sharpies, as well as get a chance to socialize. It's for ages 13-18, and you'll need to register, which you can do by calling 519-842-5571.
Today: Join Annandale National Historic Site and the Station Arts Centre for Culture After Hours, where you can explore exhibitions, local history, and art in a relaxed evening atmosphere. Both locations stay open until 7 pm for the event.
Tomorrow: Octopus Headbands...are a thing. At least, they will be at the Harrington Library from 10 to 11am. They'll be creating some remarkably bright creatures at this activity. Your octopus headband will be all the rage of the sea! A great activity suitable for children ages 5 and up, and you can register by calling 519-475-6909.
Tomorrow: Spend time together picking your own blueberries before enjoying fresh-baked lemon blueberry scones and sparkling elderberry apple sodas at Berrylicious Fruit Farm in Burgessville. Admission is free, making it a simple and budget-friendly way to experience the farm. Perfect picnic idea for date days, catching up with friends, or even first-time farm visitors!
Tomorrow: Kick off your Friday evening with live music under the summer sky at Indigo Lounge. An ever-changing lineup of talented local musicians, great food, refreshing local beverages, and a relaxed patio atmosphere. Admission is free, so bring your friends and enjoy a fun night out supporting local talent.
