STUFF TO DO
Today: If you need a job, or want to work - whether you're unemployed, just getting into the workforce, or are looking to transition into another role or industry, Community Employment Services is at Plattsville Library between 9am and Noon. Today: Come out this evening for some indoor roller skating - or roller blading - complete with music, great exercise and good times from 6:30 to 8pm at the Tillsonburg Community Centre.
Today: Drop-in for non-contact ball hockey happening on the Memorial Arena floor from 8pm to 9pm. For ages 15+, and all skill levels are welcome. Players are required to wear CSA approved helmets, with full cage; as well as gloves, stick and running shoes.
Tomorrow: From 9:30 - 10:30 am at Tillsonburg Library in the Program Room, it's Shake, Rattle & Read, boosting early literacy skills with songs, stories, and movement! In each session, they will also make a craft. The program is best suited for parents/caregivers with children ages 2-6 years.
Tomorrow: Fireside Book Club is happening at the Norwich Library from 1:00-2:00 pm, and both teens and adults are welcome. The book for August is The Christie Affair by Nina de Gramont. You can pick up your copy at the library
Tomorrow: Zumba is a fun-filled dance fitness party, with easy to follow moves for a workout that doesn't feel like exercise. Happening at the Tillsonburg Community Centre from 6:15 to 7:15pm, it's a "no dance experience needed" class. Just bring your enthusiasm, your smile and get ready to move!
