Today: Aqua Kickboxing is happening from 7:30am to 8:30am at Tillsonburg Community Centre. It's a low-impact pool workout that combines kickboxing movements with water resistance. It’s for ages 13+ and all fitness levels.

Today: From 6:15pm - 7:15pm, it's ZUMBA! It's a fun-filled dance fitness party with easy to follow moves for a workout that doesn't feel like exercise. No dance experience needed - just bring your enthusiasm, your smile and a get ready to move! For ages 13+
Tomorrow: Employment Solutions offers one-on-one, personalized employment support at the Tillsonburg Library from 10am to 1pm.
Find them in the Adult Area for help with your job search, connecting with employers, or making the transition from high school to the workforce.
Tomorrow: Tillsonburg Community Centre has a morning Pilates class designed to build strength, flexibility and balance, happening from 10:15am to 11:15am. An easy way to get moving and start your day feeling good.
Tomorrow: Drop into the Tillsonburg Library for an open house from 5pm to 7pm - to get reacquainted with what the library has to offer. Meet the staff, discover services and resources, share your library story, or become a member. There will also be refreshments and a raffle.
