Artistic Director, Liz Gilroy explains a talent show with a twist.
The Port Stanley Festival Theatre is inviting the community to enjoy a night of music, fun, and local talent while supporting the theatre’s future through a special fundraising event.
Artistic Director, Liz Gilroy, explains that on January 29, the theatre will host Port Stanley’s Got Stars, a talent show with a twist.
Judges will include Gilroy herself and My Broadcasting Corporation's own Dave Thomson. Adding that audience members will also play a role.
Local luminary Kevin Edwards is set to emcee the event, bringing his familiar energy from hypnosis shows, karaoke nights, and trivia events across Port Stanley.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three performers, with additional giveaways throughout the night for audience members.
Tickets are $30 and include a full evening of entertainment and prizes, with all proceeds supporting Port Stanley Festival Theatre. They are available exclusively through the theatre box office by calling 519-782-4353 or stopping by in person.
