Pre-booking a flight is not necessary, but it is recommended to reach out to crewflights@harvards.com to reserve a seat. Although entry to the event itself is free, Scott says there is a cost for flight experiences:
The Harvard group was established in 1985, and is an all-volunteer group. Scott says there will also be a special kickoff ceremony Saturday morning:
In case of inclement weather, the rain date for the event will be Sunday, July 19th.
