The accused was charged with mischief under $5,000 and uttering threats to cause death.
Alymer Police have charged one youth after responding to a report of a broken window and threats with broken glass.
The incident occurred on March 7th at about 3:27 pm, according to a media release.
Shortly after arriving on the scene, officers located the youth in the backyard of the property holding the broken glass and arrested them.
The accused was charged with mischief under $5,000 and uttering threats to cause death.
After being arrested, police say the youth cooperated and was promptly released with conditions on their return home.
The youth's identity is protected by the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
