The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is advising the public to avoid part of Broadway Street in Tillsonburg as officers respond to an ongoing investigation.
Oxford OPP said there is a heavy police presence in the area of Broadway Street between Baldwin Street and Prospect Street.
As a precaution, residents and anyone in the immediate vicinity are being asked to stay indoors if possible and avoid the area while officers continue their investigation.
Police have not released details about the nature of the investigation and have not reported any injuries or arrests.
