The City of Woodstock has launched a redesigned website with improved navigation, accessibility, and new microsites for key services. The update aims to enhance user experience, reduce costs, and make it easier for residents to access information and connect with the City.
The City of Woodstock has launched a newly redesigned website, introducing a more modern and user-friendly way for residents, visitors, and community partners to access municipal services. The update also includes new microsites for the Museum, Art Gallery, and Economic Development.
The redesign follows the retirement of the City’s previous content management system. After reviewing its options, the City chose an updated platform from its current provider to improve reliability, reduce costs, and expand digital capabilities.
Officials say the new site features simplified navigation, improved readability across devices, and updated visuals to enhance accessibility and user experience.
Tatjana Milne, Manager of Communications and Marketing, said the redesign puts residents’ needs at the centre, making it easier to find information, stay informed, and connect with local government.
The City says the project reflects its ongoing effort to improve customer service and strengthen its digital presence.
