Residents in Tillsonburg are being asked to avoid on-street parking next week as routine asphalt maintenance takes place on several local roads.
The Town has scheduled crack sealing for Friday, October 16, and Monday, October 19, weather and operational conditions permitting.
The work will affect Allen Street, Belmont Avenue, Brookside Lane, Harvest Avenue, Lyndale Road, Myrtle Street, Peach Street, Pine Street and William Street.
Crack sealing helps extend the lifespan of roads by preventing water from entering cracks in the pavement and damaging the underlying road structure.
Residents should be aware that some dust and debris may be present while crews complete the work. A street sweeper will be brought in afterward to clean the affected areas.
