The Town of Tillsonburg is inviting residents to attend the final Public Information Centre for the proposed Sportsfield Complex on Mall Road and future possibilities for the Annandale Ball Diamonds.
The session will feature the same conceptual plans, project information and opportunities for public feedback presented during the previous two Public Information Centres.
Residents can drop in to review the plans, listen to a brief presentation, ask questions, speak with Town staff and provide feedback before community input is compiled and shared with Council.
The final PIC takes place Wednesday, September 9, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Lions Den inside the Tillsonburg Community Centre at 45 Hardy Avenue. The event will follow a drop-in format, with the presentation beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Residents who cannot attend in person can still review the conceptual plans, learn more about the proposed project and complete the community survey online.
The Town has also updated the Frequently Asked Questions section on the project webpage throughout the consultation process to address common questions and provide additional information.
