Have your say: Oxford County opens 2027 Budget Survey

Oxford County is asking for feedback from the public in their 2027 Budget Survey. Officials say that survey results will help inform budget planning and provide valuable insight into community priorities.

Residents and business owners across Oxford County are being invited to help shape local government spending priorities by participating in the County’s 2027 Budget Survey.

The survey, which is open until August 31st, 2026, is designed to gather feedback on a wide range of municipal and county services. Information collected will help Oxford County and its lower-tier municipalities better understand how residents view the services they receive, how much they value them, and which services should be prioritized in future budgets.

Residents from Blandford-Blenheim, East Zorra-Tavistock, Ingersoll, Norwich, South-West Oxford, Tillsonburg, Woodstock and Zorra are encouraged to take part.

The survey covers services provided by local municipalities, including fire protection, building and drainage services, parks and recreation, by-law enforcement and other community programs.

Participants are also asked to provide feedback on services delivered by Oxford County, such as roads and bridges, waste management, paramedic services, water and wastewater infrastructure, community planning, human services and long-term care at Woodingford Lodge.

County officials say the survey results will help inform budget planning for 2027 and provide valuable insight into community priorities. Each participating municipality will receive and review its own survey results as part of its budget development process.

The survey is available online.
