Tillsonburg is searching for its official burger, and local restaurants and talented homegrown chefs are invited to take part.
As part of the Party Till the Cows Come Home contest, participants are challenged to create a signature "Tillsonburger" featuring at least one locally sourced ingredient or a connection to Tillsonburg through its name, ingredients or theme. The winning entry will earn the Golden Cowbell Trophy and the title of Tillsonburg's Best Burger. Restaurants and licensed food vendors have until Friday, July 24th to register.
