Accused to appear in Woodstock court after impaired‑driving incident on 60 Road
A 47-year-old Mossley woman is facing criminal charges following a single-vehicle collision in Zorra Township.
Oxford OPP responded to the crash on 60 Road at approximately 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, August 18th. Police say the vehicle had one occupant.
The driver has been charged with Operation While Impaired — Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 Plus — and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on September 29th.
OPP remind motorists that impaired drivers can be on the road at any time of day or night. Anyone who suspects an impaired driver is urged to call 9-1-1 immediately.
