Nashville-style listening room show when Jason Blaine and Josh Melton

Country music fans will have a chance to experience a Nashville-style listening room show when Jason Blaine and Josh Melton take the stage at Capitol 33 in Delhi on November 6.

The two Nashville-based artists will bring their show to the restored 1933 theatre for an intimate evening of country music, storytelling and songs.

Chris Soares recently had Blaine phone into the morning show on Country 107.3 to talk about the upcoming concert.

Blaine says the upcoming Ontario shows grew out of a friendship with Melton and the pair's experience performing together at Nashville's Listening Room.

Blaine and Melton have taken their version of the show to venues across the United States, but they have never ventured together into Canada.

Blaine also has new music on the way.

He says he has a six-song EP essentially ready to go and is currently working on the release strategy, including plans for a first single.

That means audiences in Delhi may get a sneak peak of what they soon could be hearing on the radio.

Blaine, originally from Pembroke, Ontario, has built an international career as a recording artist and songwriter, with more than 30 million combined streams, more than 13 Top 10 singles and multiple CCMA, SOCAN and CMAO awards.

Melton is a Nashville-based country artist and songwriter originally from Findlay, Ohio.

He has more than 50 million global streams and co-wrote Dylan Scott's chart-topping hit “Can't Have Mine.”

Blaine is excited to once again share that stage with Melton, and he hopes to see a good crowd come out to enjoy the evening.

Capitol 33, located at 93 King Street in Delhi, has a capacity of 290 people and offers an intimate setting for live music.

Tickets for the November 6 show are available through TicketScene and the Capitol 33 box office.
