Dr. Hamza Aman is establishing his practice at Oxfordia Medical Centre, where he will provide comprehensive family medicine for patients of all ages.
Aman trained in the United Kingdom and holds a Certificate of Completion of Training and Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He is registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and holds certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
His approach emphasizes listening to patients, explaining care options clearly and working with patients when making decisions about their health.
The City of Woodstock says Aman’s ability to provide care in multiple languages will also be a valuable addition to the community. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
Kristy Hons, Physician Recruiter for the City of Woodstock, says recruiting and retaining family physicians remains an important priority as Woodstock and Oxford County continue to grow.
