The 186th Norfolk County Fair runs October 6 through 12, bringing seven days of agriculture, entertainment, competitions, food, midway fun and community traditions to Norfolk County.
Norfolk County Agricultural Society General Manager Angela Hogeveen says the organization relies heavily on its volunteers.
She says there are still opportunities for new volunteers to get involved, with positions available across the fair.
She adds they also see a lot of retirees sing up and people who simply want to get closer to the Fair and help out.
While it is volunteering, there are perks with the gig.
