OPP lay indecent‑act charge following July incident on Concession 13 Townsend
A 39-year-old Norfolk County resident has been charged following an investigation into an alleged indecent act at a business in the Simcoe area.
Norfolk OPP say the incident occurred during the afternoon of July 7th, when two people had an interaction at a business on Concession 13 Townsend.
Police received a report about the incident on August 23rd and subsequently investigated the allegation.
The accused was arrested and charged with one count of indecent act.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on October 20th.
The charge has not been proven in court.
