A 21-year-old Harley resident is facing seven charges following a two-vehicle collision in Norwich Township.
Oxford OPP say officers responded to the crash at the intersection of Airport Road and Pick Line at approximately 4:50 p.m. on July 18. Police say one of the drivers fled the scene on foot but was later located and arrested with assistance from Oxford OPP officers and the West Region Canine Unit. That driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital. The other driver remained at the scene and reported no injuries.
