Three people escaped injury after a vehicle ended up in a ditch in Tillsonburg
Oxford OPP were called to Highway 3 around 8:30, where they found the vehicle off the road. The driver, a 40-year-old Norfolk County man, is now facing three charges, including impaired driving, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. He’s been released from custody and is due in Woodstock court October 6.
