Oxford Road 19 between Church Street and Bullock Street in Otterville will be closed in both directions today.
The one-day closure is needed to allow crews to complete Stage 2 girder installation as part of the bridge rehabilitation project in Norwich Township. It is the final of four planned closures for girder removal and installation.
Drivers will not be able to cross the bridge and are asked to follow the signed detour using Dover Street, Cornell Road and Middletown Line.
Bridge reconstruction began in May and is expected to be completed in December. The schedule remains weather and site-condition dependent and could change.
