The new school year is just around the corner, and parents can now check their child’s transportation information through the Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Services Parent Portal.
The portal shows important details including pickup and drop-off times, bus stop locations, the assigned bus run and the company operating the route.
STS is reminding families that having a Parent Portal account is not the same as registering for transportation. Students must be registered for the bus each school year before their information will appear in the portal.
If you’ve already registered, keep checking the portal for updates. STS says it can take seven to 10 business days to process a bus registration.
The Parent Portal and 2026-27 bus registration form are available through the Southwestern Ontario Student Transportation Services website here.
