A Tillsonburg resident is facing two charges following an intimate-partner violence investigation in Brant County.
Brant County OPP responded to a reported disturbance at a residence in the County of Brant around noon Sunday.
A 48-year-old Tillsonburg resident was arrested and charged with spousal assault and mischief for allegedly damaging property.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on November 19th.
The OPP says people living together in a matrimonial or common-law relationship do not have the right to damage shared property or property belonging to the other person.
