The Town of Tillsonburg says the reopening of the indoor pool at the Tillsonburg Community Centre has been delayed slightly after a follow-up inspection was rescheduled for today August 5.
Until that inspection is completed, all aquatic programs will continue to operate at the Lake Lisgar Waterpark through today. The schedule includes Adult Swim from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., Aqua Fitness from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., Swimming Lessons from 9:30 to 11 a.m., another Swimming Lessons session from 6 to 7:30 p.m., and Adult Swim from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. If the inspection is successfully completed, the town expects to reopen the indoor pool for all regularly scheduled programs beginning Thursday, August 6. Town officials are apologizing for the additional delay and thanking residents for their continued patience and understanding as the final requirements are completed to safely reopen the facility.
