Police lay multiple charges after suspects found on Hillcrest Road property
Norfolk County OPP have charged two people following a break-and-enter investigation in Simcoe.
Police were called to a property on Hillcrest Road shortly after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18.
Investigators say two people unlawfully entered a building on the property and stole items from inside.
Officers found both suspects still on the property and arrested them without incident.
Joseph Fischer, 30, and Jason Everets, 54, both of Norfolk County, have each been charged with break and enter, theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order.
Both accused are scheduled to appear in a Simcoe court in November 10.
