Clayton Curtis is another candidate running for election to Tillsonburg municipal council this October.
Curtis who's 28, a father of one and a business owner tells Oxfordtoday his reason for running.
Curtis says the foundation of his campaign platform addresses safety for all residents of Tillsonburg including those who are struggling.
Curtis says as a young person he's been exposed to those concerns and he feels he has some answers.
Curtis is also campaigning on the issue of how the municipality spends public money. Using technology, Curtis says citizens, staff and council members can see the progress of a project in real-time; Kinsmen Bridge as an example.
Curtis says bottom line, when voters select a new council in the fall they should consider fresh perspective.
