GRCA want to keep outdoor spaces accessible for residents seeking connection with nature and mental wellness benefits.
The Grand River Conservation Authority and Grand River Conservation Foundation have launched a new “Trails to Wellness” campaign with a goal of raising $50,000.
The campaign will support trail and natural area maintenance across the Grand River watershed, helping keep outdoor spaces accessible for residents seeking connection with nature and mental wellness benefits.
Funds raised will go toward repairs, vegetation management, debris removal, and maintenance of boardwalks, bridges, and trail crossings.
Organizers say the GRCA relies heavily on donations to maintain many of its free public trails and natural spaces.
