Hydra Dyne Technology receives $2 million in repayable federal funding

Currently the Ingersoll 120 thousand square foot complex employs more than 150 people. 

Ingersoll based Hydra Dyne Technology is on the receiving end of $2 million dollars in repayable funding.

Hydra Dyne's general manager Haidar Chandu Zakir tells us the company which was founded in 1992, has been a local employer for more than 30 years. 

Currently the Ingersoll 120 thousand square foot complex employs more than 150 people. 

Chandu Zakir says Hydra Dyne's customer base is domestic and international. 
 

Chandu Zakir says the refundable loan from the Federal Economic Development Agency
will make it possible for Hydra Dyne to expand operations.

Chandu Zakir says Hydra Dyne's reliance on local talent includes a strong relationship with Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute. 

Chandu Zakir says that level of scholastic involvement includes offering a decent amount of internships and co-op programs to students in search of exciting career opportunities.
