Residents are reminded that only cannabis purchased through legal, licensed retailers is permitted in Ontario.

An illegal cannabis dispensary in London, Ontario, has been shut down following a joint investigation by the OPP-led Provincial Joint Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team and the London Police Service.

Operating under the name “Natural Unity,” the dispensary was not licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario or Health Canada. On July 23, 2025, police executed a search warrant, seizing an estimated $47,000 in illegal cannabis products and $1,500 in cash believed to be proceeds of crime.

The storefront is now closed under an Interim Closure Order under Ontario’s Cannabis Control Act. Unauthorized entry could lead to charges of breaking and entering.

Tyler Larson, 22, of London, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime, possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling, and possession of illicit cannabis. He was released and will appear in court on September 5, 2025.
