An Ingersoll resident is facing an assault charge following a roadside altercation on Highway 401 in South-West Oxford.
Oxford OPP say officers were called to the highway around 5:30 p.m. on September 30 after reports of a disturbance involving two people. Police say one individual suffered serious injuries during the incident.
Colton Cameron, 27, of Ingersoll, is charged with assault causing bodily harm.
He has been released and is scheduled to appear in Woodstock court at a later date.
