Ingersoll is marking Black History Month with a community flag-raising ceremony at Dewan Park.
Residents are invited to join members of Ingersoll council and town staff for the second annual event, presented by the Town of Ingersoll in partnership with the Oxford County Black History Month Organizing Committee. The Pan-African flag will be raised on February 3rd, at 10 a.m.
