London police are asking for the public’s assistance as they investigate a series of daytime break and enters believed to have been carried out by the same suspect over the past 10 days.
The London Police Service says an unidentified man is suspected in multiple incidents reported across the city, prompting investigators to release a description in hopes someone may recognize him.
Police describe the suspect as a white male of average build. He is typically seen wearing a white-and-black ball cap, a black face covering, a black jacket and white shoes. Investigators say he also carries a black backpack with white stripes.
Authorities believe the suspect may be using a newer-model Honda CR-V or a similar vehicle, though no licence plate information has been released.
The break-ins are reported to have occurred during daytime hours, a factor police say increases the risk to homeowners and underscores the importance of community awareness.
Police are urging residents to remain vigilant, report any suspicious activity and review any available home or business surveillance footage that may capture the suspect or the vehicle involved.
