Police confirmed the driver suffered serious, life-threatening injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision on the outskirts of Tillsonburg.
Sergeant Ed Sanchuk with West Region OPP said officers, along with fire and paramedic services, responded to the crash shortly after 3 p.m. today (February 5). The collision occurred on Progress Drive, off Highway 3.

The OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement Team is assisting with the investigation as officers work to determine what led to the crash. Police are asking motorists to stay out of the area while the investigation continues.
