New homes planned for vacant land on Moffat Avenue.
Almost 180 new lots for a residential subdivision in southeast Ingersoll, have been approved by Oxford County council.
The Woodstock Sentinel Review reports the build will take place on now vacant property on Moffat Avenue, east of Harris Street.
The report says under a revised development plan Winders Trail will be extended and three new streets will be added.
An adjacent parcel of land containing woodlands will not be touched.
