A 28-year-old Tillsonburg man is facing charges after Aylmer Police stopped a suspected impaired driver on Talbot Street East.
Police say they received a complaint on September 13th and located the vehicle a short time later.
Officers determined the man had been consuming alcohol, and subsequent testing revealed his blood alcohol concentration was twice the legal limit.
The man was arrested, charged with impaired driving-related offences, and later released with a future court date.
