The Tillsonburg Terry Fox Run takes place this Sunday, September 20, at the Tillsonburg Soccer Club, bringing the community together to support cancer research and honour Terry Fox’s legacy.
Registration opens at 9:30 a.m., followed by opening ceremonies at 10 a.m. Participants can then choose from 3-kilometre, 5-kilometre or 10-kilometre routes.
The Soccer Club pavilion and surrounding green space will be filled with Run Day activities, including live music, a kids’ zone and face painting, with plenty of room for families and teams to gather.
Four-legged friends are also welcome to take part.
Whether you walk, run, roll or simply cheer participants on from the sidelines, every step helps support cancer research.
Organizers are encouraging residents to come out Sunday for a day focused on hope, community and determination, while helping continue the legacy of Terry Fox.
