The news was confirmed by Town Councillor Kelly Spencer, who said the mall’s owners have applied for a boundary adjustment to officially include the property within Tillsonburg limits, though approval is still pending. Regardless, the store is moving ahead, and the existing liquidation outlet will remain, with some layout changes to accommodate the new addition.
Spencer says the development is great news for local shoppers and the community’s growing retail base. The arrival of Winners marks another step in the region’s commercial growth and gives residents more big-brand options closer to home.
