STUFF TO DO
Today: Skating is back at the Tillsonburg Community Centre! On Monday, it's Parent & Tot Skate from 4 to 5 p.m.
Tomorrow: Community Employment Services will be at the Plattsville Library from 9 a.m. to noon and the Thamesford Library on Tuesday from 1:30 to 4 p.m., where you'll have the chance to speak with a career consultant, update your resume, and learn more about training and/or apprenticeship opportunities. Tomorrow: Skating is taking place at the Tillsonburg Community Centre! On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Public Skating runs from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Tomorrow: Yarn & Yack is taking place at the Norwich Library on Tuesday from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Bring your knitting, crocheting, embroidery or other crafty hobbies and enjoy creating by the fireplace with friends.
Tomorrow: Join staff from 6-7 p.m. in the Princeton Library lobby for the Princeton Hobby Lobby! Bring your favorite craft or hobby and come out for the evening to socialize and meet new local crafters and friends. They will have puzzles, yarn, and lots of books available for inspiration, as well as coffee and tea.
Tomorrow: The Beachville District Historical Society will host local military historian Stephan J. Smith for the November Speaker Series on Remembrance Day from 7 to 9 p.m. Smith will talk on the topic of the military in Oxford County. No pre-registration is required, though seating may be limited. More details here.
