Oxford Tourism has launched a new set of annual surveys designed to gather insight from residents, visitors, and local businesses about how tourism is working across Oxford County. The surveys are open until midnight on Friday, November 28, and will help shape future tourism policies and services.
Tourism Manager Meredith Maywood says the new surveys are part of the county’s five-year tourism plan.
The surveys cover economic, social, environmental, and customer service aspects of local tourism.
Maywood added the surverys do not take long to complete.
Tourism plays a major role in Oxford County, drawing over one million visitors each year and supporting hundreds of tourism-related businesses.
Last year’s similar surveys saw strong participation, and Oxford Tourism is optimistic about high engagement again this year. Maywood hopes everyone will get involved.
Residents, businesses, and visitors can access the surveys at oxfordcounty.ca/speakup and are encouraged to share their experiences to help guide the future of tourism.
