What's Good in Tillsonburg? Pinball fans invited to Skill Shot’s Christmas Party and Food Drive

All funds raised going to Helping Hand Food Bank to support local families.

Skill Shot Pinball is gearing up for its second annual Christmas Party and Food Drive, bringing classic arcade fun together with community support just in time for the holidays. The small, retro-style pinball arcade is run by owner and lifelong pinball fan Dan Tosto, who says the goal is to keep the nostalgic spirit of old-school arcades alive.

Tosto operates a lineup of 10 to 13 rotating machines, ranging from modern favourites to vintage tables.

He says pinball offers something today’s screen-based gaming can’t replicate, which is why Skill Shot continues to draw regulars and new players alike. And yes—there’s still at least one quarter-play machine to keep the classic arcade feeling intact.

The arcade will be hosting a Christmas fundraiser Sunday, December 14 from noon to 6 p.m.

This year’s Christmas fundraiser is pushing to top last year’s total. All money raised will support local families through the Helping Hand Food Bank, and Tosto is hopeful for a big turnout.

Tosto encourages people to drop in, play some pinball, and help local families. Updates and donation needs will be shared on Skill Shot Pinball’s Facebook event page. “I’m trying to make a difference just in time for Christmas,” he says.
