Skill Shot Pinball celebrated a big win for the community.
Skill Shot Pinball celebrated a big win for the community during its second annual Christmas Party and Food Drive, held this past Sunday.
The retro-style pinball arcade, owned by lifelong pinball fan Dan Tosto, brought together classic arcade fun and holiday giving. The goal was simple: keep the spirit of old-school arcades alive while supporting those in need.
The response exceeded expectations. Players and supporters donated 306 pounds of food and $521.75 to Helping Hand Food Bank. All of it was raised through an afternoon of pinball, pizza, pop, and good company.
The results marked a major increase over last year, with nearly 70% more food donations and 35% more money raised.
Tosto thanked everyone who took part, along with 101.3 GIANT FM for helping spread the word and Tillson Pizza for their support.
Skill Shot Pinball says the success shows how fun and generosity can go hand in hand during the holidays.
