What's Good in Tillsonburg? The voice you missed is back on 107.3 this Sunday

Randy Owen returns to the airwaves with Sunday Morning Backtracks.

This Sunday marks an exciting day for the town of Tillsonburg as Randy Owen returns to the airwaves!

When My Broadcasting Corporation purchased New Country 107.3, they were immediately flooded with messages from listeners pleading for his return.

We sat down with Randy and asked the big question — where has he been?

While he joked that he wished the answer were that simple, he went on to explain exactly what led him off the air and what he has been up to since his time away.

We also spoke with him about the public outcry for his return and the overwhelming joy from the community when it was announced he would be back on air.

That response, he says, truly blows him away.

During his time away from the microphone, Randy has been collecting an impressive library of music and is eager to put his knowledge to good use.

He will be hosting Sunday Morning Backtracks, a show dedicated to exploring the golden age of country music.

While similar shows have been attempted before, Randy notes that they are rarely done properly, and he’s excited to bring his unique take to listeners.

He shared insights on what his version of the show will cover.

The interviews he has conducted are equally distinctive, offering stories and perspectives listeners won’t hear anywhere else.

Randy even gave us a sneak peek of the first episode.

He also wants the show to be more interactive, encouraging listeners to share their thoughts — the good, the bad, and everything in between — as the episodes air.
