The Town of Tillsonburg is inviting residents to nominate community champions for the annual Tillsonburg Volunteer Achievement Awards.
The awards recognize individuals who have made meaningful and long-term contributions through unpaid service, helping to strengthen the town’s community spirit.
Volunteers can be nominated in four categories: Sports, Recreation and Education; Arts, Culture and Heritage; Seniors and Youth; and Civic. The program celebrates those who coach local teams, support learning, preserve history, enrich cultural life, or give their time to community events and initiatives.
Nominations are accepted year-round. From all submissions, three recipients are selected each year for their exceptional impact.
All nominations are reviewed by the Cultural, Heritage and Special Awards Advisory Committee, which evaluates each candidate based on established criteria.
Residents are encouraged to recognize the people whose quiet dedication helps make Tillsonburg a vibrant and caring community.
