Police charge Malahide man after suspicious vehicle call in downtown Aylmer
Aylmer Police say a 35-year-old Malahide man is facing charges after officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on October 21.
Police were called to a downtown parking lot where a vehicle was found running with the driver asleep behind the wheel. Officers say the man had been consuming alcohol and noticed visible cannabis on the console.
He was charged under the Cannabis Control Act and issued a three-day driver’s licence suspension for alcohol consumption while in care and control of a vehicle.
