Knights partner with CMHA Thames Valley for mental‑health awareness night

London Knights to host Talk Today mental‑health awareness game on February 11.

The London Knights are teaming up with the Canadian Mental Health Association Thames Valley Addiction & Mental Health Services to shine a spotlight on mental health during a special Talk Today awareness game.

The game takes place on Wednesday, February 11th, when the Knights host the Guelph Storm at Canada Life Place, with puck drop set for 6:30 p.m.

The Talk Today game will focus on the importance of mental wellness in both sport and everyday life, reinforcing the message that mental health deserves the same care and attention as physical health. Fans attending the game can expect in-arena activations promoting awareness and support, along with fundraising opportunities for local mental health programs, including a 50/50 draw.

The event is part of the Knights’ ongoing partnership with CMHA Thames Valley and Talk Today, one of Canada’s largest mental health initiatives in amateur sport. The program provides mental health education, suicide awareness training, and access to professional support for athletes, coaches, and families.

Fans are encouraged to attend the February 11 game and show their support for mental health awareness in the community. Tickets are available through the London Knights website.
