Three people charged in under two hours.
High tech in police cruisers is proving to be a boon for law enforcement in Oxford County.
Woodstock Police credit the Automated Licence Plate Recognition system with helping officers stop three people over the course of two hours this week for driving while suspended.
The accused were picked up in the areas of Oxford Road 4 and Devonshire Avenue. Two of the vehicles were impounded.
Charges including speeding, driving without insurance and failing to have a licence plate on the front and rear of the vehicle which is law in Ontario.
